Items Damaged w/ No Resolution

I have received two of these now. Both dented and mishapen at the edges. The item is not packed well enough and the item is damaged in transit. It seems their CS is well versed in this as they offered a replacement straight away when I received my first one. I tossed it and awaited the second one as they instructed. Cant imagine they can do anything with a damaged piece ++ holiday shipping costs. The second one also arrived damaged. I asked for a replacement (tossed it like the last) and they said they could only offer me 15% discount on the price. It was partially my bad for assuming they would send a replacement like the first, but also there is an established policy here. Anyway, I would not buy this until they have resolved their packaging. Otherwise you'll just get a slew of damaged products and be out $178 ++ tax & shipping.
